HOUSING in a residence hall with kitchen facilities. Meals not included.

TUITION for the maximum number of credits or courses indicated on the program course offerings page.

ACADEMIC CREDITS:
Students who receive pre-approval from their home institution can transfer the credits they earn to their home institution.

OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT:
Final transcript is issued by The University of the West Indies. St. Augustine and a grade report for the Core Course will be issued by CSSN. Upon completion of the program, CSSN will mail your final transcript to your home institution.

EXCURSIONS:
Semester programs include a series of cultural and academically relevant excursions, all excursions include meals, water and snacks.

MID-SEMESTER STUDY TOURS:
Costa Rica and Jamaica – Flights, Housing, Meals

INTERNET ACCESS:
Students will have free Internet access at The University of the West Indies and in on-campus dorms..

AIRPORT PICK-UP:
All students will be picked-up from the Piarco International Airport by program staff and transferred to campus housing.

AIR DROP OFF:
At the end of the semester each student will be transported to the airport by program staff in time for their departing flight. 

SITE DIRECTOR:
Students will have a Director of Student Services to assist them with any academic or cultural difficulties they may encounter.

VISA ADVISING:
Students are ultimately responsible for obtaining their visa (if required), but CSSN will provide accurate advising on what type of visa is required and the appropriate process to acquire it. 

24/7 SUPPORT:
Students will be afforded round the clock support and assistance by program staff in case of emergency.

AIR FARE:
Round trip airfare and travel expenses to and from the program location

ACADEMIC MATERIALS:
Books, materials, lab fees

LOCAL TRANSPORTATION:
Students are responsible for their own transport for services and personal outings. A list of program affiliated drivers will be provided.

PERSONAL EXPENSES:
Students are encouraged to consult their study abroad advisor on appropriate amount of funds for personal expenses while on the ground. 

MEDICAL INSURANCE:

Students should consult their study abroad advisor for guidance on medical insurance. 

VISA, IF REQUIRED

For academic year students and those enrolling in more than one session, housing and other CSSN services and benefits are not provided during the break between sessions
